Helvetia has access to two private beaches. Request amenity list during booking.
Is parking available?
We have a private car-park on the premises at a cost of €15 a day.
Is there a restaurant on the premises?
Helvetia does not have a restaurant. Please consult the concierge for the places where to eat a la carte in Venice and Lido.
Are pets welcome?
Unfortunately we do not have the facilities available to accommodate pets.
City Tax
From August 24th 2011 (included) all guests have to pay a city tax of Eur 2.80, per person per night.
Reductions
From 0-09 no tax applied
From 10- 16 years old, Euro 1.40 per day
The tax need to be paid per person for a maximum of 5 consecutive days.
The tax needs to be paid in cash at the hotel.
The teax needs to be paid by all clients, even those who have booked before August 24th, but stay from August 24th onwards.
Reservations
We request that reservations are guaranteed by credit card or deposit, and in some cases full prepayment is required.
Cancellations
Guests are reminded that a hotel booking is a contract. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations or unfulfilled reservations within 3 days prior to our guaranteed arrival time of 12.00 hours. In the event of your non-arrival a full stay room charge will be applied.
Extra Details
All our rates are per room per night and are inclusive of a full continental breakfast, if not specified differently in the room name. Wireless internet is on surcharge (eur 6 per 1 hour, or Eur 12 per 20 hrs). All of our bedrooms are non-smoking. All major cards are accepted. If a guest prefers, he can choose to prepay through the hotel's bank account.
